A budding photo-documentary maker
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
My son, who loves taking pictures, can now satisfy his hobby with the Kidizoom Digita camera. Made with hardy materials so no fear of breakage when he inadvertently drops it. Since he received it, he is yet to put it down. The games are an added bonus, though not very challenging. After two attempts he had mastered the games. But he now enjoys hours of picture taking and video recording on the camera.

I worthy purchase.

A durable and easy to use camera! Just right for my 4 yr old.
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
We gave this camera to my 4 yr old for her birthday. She loves it. It didn’t take long to learn how to take pictures and she doesn’t seem to care much about the other features – yet! The pictures aren’t great but she is thrilled to see them and move right on to the next picture.

I like it too – it was easy to add a memory card and batteries although I don’t like having to use a small phillips head screwdriver to get to the battery compartment. So far the 1st set of AAs is still going strong. The bonus bag is decent – no pocket for extra batteries but sturdy enough and not too tight so my little one can put the camera in and zip it herself.

Fantastic kids camera!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the V-tech camera- we had originally bought the Fisher Price Kid Tough cameras for my 4 year old twin boys and had to return them as they were terrible- went thru 3 sets of batteries on 2 hours- the v-tech’s have been played with constantly since they got them as replacements, and are still on the first set of batteries, they also have built in games, picture frames and video clips- very impressive product, and are far superior to the FP- if you are looking for a kids durable simple digital camera- this is the one to pick!

Awesome camera
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I bought the blue camera for my 4-year-old as a Christmas present because he is constantly trying to use the camera feature on my cell phone. I initially looked for the Fisher Price camera that I saw advertised on television but the VTech was more affordable and had better reviews overall. Besides-I don’t think my 4-year-old needs a camera that costs $100.

This camera has not disappointed at all. He has played with this every single day since opening it and he takes it everywhere he goes. It is durable and has survived a drop or two. I am also impressed that I haven’t had to change the batteries yet.

The camera has many functions. There are games on it as well as a video recorder. Plenty to keep my son busy. The flash was annoying at first but most of the time he doesn’t use it. There is also a function for framing and taking pictures with different themes. Just overall fun.

The camera is fairly easy to use. My son was able to pick it up and start shooting without little problems. The pictures automatically save themselves. Every day or so I will go through and take off the photos he doesn’t want so that there is room for him to save more.

We haven’t used the camera with the computer. We have no need to. All my son likes is taking pictures and looking at them on the camera. It is nice that we do have the option to transfer the photos and may play with that in the future.

Five stars overall. This is the holiday toy that I believe will have the most longevity in my household.

It’s really durable! My 3 year old loves it, but, buy rechargeable batteries!

I bought this for my 3 year old for his birthday this year. It was a great decision. I have now seen every aspect of my house from the eyes of a child. Picture quality isn’t the best but for him, it’s great! Chances are, you’re going to get a lot of pictures of bodies with no heads anyway :) I bought rechargeable batteries to go along with it and am very glad I did!!! I am very pleased with this product. Great price and very durable… it’s been dropped a couple of times and holds up to it’s name!

ONLY .3 mega pixels!
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
Don’t let the 2.0 mega pixels in the description fool you, like it did me. It is only .3 megapixels and is interpolated to 2.0 or what ever, by your computer. I feel this is completely false advertising!!!!

I still like the camera for my[..]. Solid and fun. Yet, I feel cheated as I picked this one out specifically because I thought it had a large capture size. It does not!!!!

We enjoy the camera
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I bought this camera for my 6 years old son and my 3.5 years daughter. They both enjoy it very much. True, the quality of the photos is not the best, but it makes them very happy.
