These are great binoculars. I’ve owned much more expensive binoculars and truely don’t see any difference. Great buy. They are 100% waterproof since I flipped my canoe and they were not affected in any way.

Carrying case is un-useable
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
The plastic O ring on the carrying case which holds the large shoulder strap came in broken. Thus it renders the case un-useable.
By the time, and my cost it would be to file a complaint and ship the case back is not worth it to me.
However if Bushnell would send me a new carrying case, I would be very pleased with the transaction.

I was looking for a pair of roof-prism binoculars like this, for hawk and bird watching. I had looked at Swarovskis, but they were way out of my budget, nearly a thousand dollars for this resolution.
These binoculars are crystal-clear, with sharp focus. The 42mm lens lets in lots of light, lots more than the 35′s I’ve been using. I wear glasses and the twist- up- and -down eyecups are a blessing. There are also attached lens protectors for the 42mm, nice because I always used to lose them.
For the price, these can’t be beat.
For Small Faces Only

I found that unfortunately the eye-to-eye distance (Exit pupil) with this pair is not sufficient. Since I never had this problem with other binoculars, I believe it must be due to the design. Of course I returned the binoculars, but a simple warning or alert would have been preferable to the purchase and return hassle and cost.
Great product

I bought these to replace my larger, non-waterproof binocs and I’m really impressed. They’re bright, clear and powerful. I highly recommend them.
Compact and perfect for outdoors and any but the most demanding birding
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I can understand some field biologist saying they need Swarovski binoculars and none of those should even be reading this review. For all else, I can easily recommend this product. I had used porro prism binocs earlier but these roof prism ones are so much more convenient and lighter to carry during hours of treks. And I personally tested the waterproofing claims of this product when I dropped them into shallow waters during a kayaking trip – I wiped all the water off and it was good to go in moments.
There are a couple of issues though – these lenses fogged easily enough during early morning cold temperatures. Dont know if there are any better fog-free options there but that feature isnt its best strength. Also, the neck cord Bushnell packs it with looks really cheap – I would bet my binocs will definitely outlast it. And thats a concern when all that is holding the binocs from falling down is this band.
Overall, a very good deal – I bought the 10×42 H2O when they came down to about $48 in Sep 08. So, it was a brilliant deal I got. But I’d buy it again if something happened to my current one and I had to pay $85 for new ones.
My wife can see!!

Very nice binoculars at a great price. My wife has always had difficulty with seeing birds on our nature walks. These binoculars deliver a crystal clear view and are easy to adjust. Very quality construction. They feel like they will last for years.
Great Buy

Very pleased with these binoculars. The image is crisp & clear and colors are true. The image felt like it was right in front of me but was barely visible to the eye without the binoculars.
Bushnell H2O 10×42
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Just what I wanted. Small and light weight with some power. Feel very good and works smooth.
Everything I needed in a pair of binoculars!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I’m an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, and after reading many reviews of various water-resistant and water-proof bino’s, it was obvious that the H2O’s were a good choice.
I’ve used these many times over the past two months and have consistantly been impressed. They’ve never fogged up, and although I haven’t had them submersed yet (not really sure if I’m looking forward to that!), I have used them in rain while out hiking, and I trust they’re completely waterproof!
These are kind of heavy for backpacking uses, but for a 10×42 pair of bino’s that are waterproof, you really can’t go wrong with these. Maybe they could’ve included a nicer, or slightly larger case with them. It’s sort of hard to jam them into the back and take them out without the lens caps coming off each time.
Bushnell Binoculars – Great

These are exactly what my husband was looking for. Small in size so as not to be bulky. High power. Perfect for hunting or using around the house.
Great if you want to see double

Received as a gift. Unfortunately no matter how I adjust the binoculars, I can not get the left and right images to align. One image is up and left and one down and right. I own 2 other pair of binoculars that don’t have this problem. Images are bright and clear, but seeing two of everything makes these binoculars useless.
Good enough

This binocular is very handy indeed, you can enjoy watching sport games using it, it has the capability of bringing far objects close to you.
I wish if it has a zooming feature.
I can see again

great binocs…a little bit bigger and heavier than I expected. (my fault)
Great view and very comfortable to use
Just what I expected

I purchased this product for sports events and it does a great job. I have a wide field of view and I can adjust it to a closeup view without without losing the steadiness of my view. I used it during the 2009 Steelers Bronco game in Denver and I did not have a problem condensation.
This is a great product.

Put your money down. I don’t think you’ll get a better pair of glasses for the price.
Great Birding Glasses for the scrubs. 8×42 are better in lower light but 10×42 is a better at spotting birds that are far away.
I bought 2 and feel great about the purchase.
Couldn’t really tell the difference
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I’m no hard-core bird watcher, but I bought these anyway to replace a cheap old set of 8×32′s I had received as an upgrade to the hand-me-downs I received from my father. Honestly, I couldn’t tell a difference. Yeah, they’re nice. But for occasional use, I can’t see spending the $80+. Returned these to Amazon.

Really good binocs!

I’ve gone thru other binoculars in the past, and these are the best I’ve found, particularly for the price! Very nice and compact… I use them frequently for nature watching. Very clear and with very good magnification! Recommended!
Yet to be seen….

I received the binoculars in good condition. However, upon opening the box and trying out the product, it appears there was a manufacturing glitch. You see two of everything. No amount of adjusting will fix this flaw. I will be returning the binos to the company for a new pair. Once I get the new pair – I’ll adjust my review accordingly.
Exactly What I Wanted
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
These binoculars are exactly what I needed and exactly what I expected after reading about them and researching on line. Excellent quality (a bit heavy but well made). I am using these for bird watching as well as on my boat (which was the main reason I needed waterproof). So far, so good.
Not bad, Just don’t breath
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
Nice clarity, compact, and focus is easy to get adjusted. I’m sure they’re waterproof as advertised because I’ve been out in the rain with them and they still work. However, they are NOT fogproof as advertised. I was siting in a tree stand deer hunting on a cool damp morning and lifted the binocs to my face to look around. I got about 3 seconds of good viewing before they completely fogged over to the point I couldn’t see anything through them. I might try treating the lenses with rain-x or something and hope for the best. The #1 reason I bought these was the claim Bushnell made about fogproof. To say the least I’m a bit disapointed.
