The Flip Video Tripod makes it even easier to shoot high-quality video with your Flip Video Ultra or Mino Camcorder. The Tripod screws into the bottom of any Ultra or Mino camcorder in mere seconds, and flexible legs let you take steady video almost anywhere, and at almost any angle. The Tripod comes with a set of five interchangeable colored rubber feet that match Ultra and Mino camcorder colors. And at about 5-inches tall, this Tripod is as portable as your Flip Video camcorder is. more info

Just a free worthless toy
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
It was a free bundled item with the Camcorder. It is ugly, too small and short for any use. May be used as a candle holder on your table for a romantic meal !

Pain in the butt to set the camera angle right on this tripod
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
Though it is quick to attach and detach from the camera, it takes a long time to set your camera at the angle you want it using this tripod. Almost all tripods allow you to attach the camera, set up the legs, and then quickly and precisely point the camera and lock a mechanism at the top of the tripod in place. Not this tripod. To set the angle of the camera on this, you have to pick it up, re-bend the legs a little, put it down again, watch the legs bend slightly under the weight of the camera (even a very light camera like the Flip), pick it up, bend the legs a little more or less, over and over again.

Excellent product and easy to use
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
It is great for those moments when you have no one to hold the camera. I used it during Christmas while my husband was deployed. Since our daughter was still a little to young to open presents by herself, she need my help to open the Christmas presents. So I put the flip video camera on the and helped her open presents, and then I was able send the videos to my husband was deployed in Iraq.

Tripod joy
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This tripod does the trick. Because it is flexible, yet sturdy, pictures and videos can be taken from multiple angles. My new husband and I used it on our honeymoon and were thrilled not to have to ask people to snap our photo every time we wanted our picture taken. Great deal.

Easy setup tripod
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This is a very simple tripod for your small camcorder or camera. I use it with my mino HD series camcorder and it works great especially for off-level surfaces.

This will not be your only tripod because it is so small but it definetly has its uses.

Teensy!
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
This tripod is teensy and only good for tabletop use. The Flip has a standard threaded screw hole on the bottom, just spend your $ on a regular tripod.

Great tripod!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This is a great tripod that works well with the Flip Camera. I think it is good for people who want to not always have to hold their camera. Just like a digital picture camera, sometimes you want to put it down and be in the picture!

goofy but fun
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This is a little goofy looking but fun anyway. It isn’t very big but is sturdy so you don’t have to worry about it tipping over, plus the flip I use it with is not that heavy. The legs are plenty strong and will adjust to grasp anything it can wrap around. Definitely a handy little deal for videoing yourself or some other group picture like a discussion or something. Glad I bought it and happy that it met my need and expectations.

So tiny, I don’t find it useful
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I guess I need to pay closer attention to the dimensions of the things I order. I was totally surprised at how tiny this tripod was when it arrived, and so I was disappointed.

I ended up spending $14 at one of the local “big box” stores to get a taller tripod with collapsible legs that works much better for me.

Small and useful

The tripod is great for doing interviews and lengthy shots. Small, light and easy to carry and yet is sturdy enough to handle the camera.

A Spare Hand
Rating:4 out of 5 stars

I got this item with the camcorder for my birthday. It was the best birthday I ever had. The mini tripod is a nifty gadget for all flip camcorders. It keeps the image still and you can do things without holding it. The only problem is you cannot back up or see very much space without a cameraman. I do think this would be very helpful for people making movies or important videos.

3 legged 4 stability!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Haven’t used it much, but little tripod is flexible and lightweight. The extra colors for the feet, well, that’s a bit much but extras are good to have. Where’s the tiny bubble level? Oh well, it’s a good accessory, particularly if you want to be in your own video!
