The 6ft Camera Cable arrived at a decent time, product works great, only one problem….it’s not 6ft. It’s only 3ft (I measured it.) I kept it as it is a great value anyway.

I ORDERD A CABEL FOR MY CAMERA. I HAD MISPLACED THE ONE I HAD. IT ARRIVE IN RECORD TIME AND FITS PERFECT. I WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN IF THE NEED ARRIVES.
camera cable didn’t fit Olympus

I wanted a spare camera cable for an Olympus digital camera that was given to me by a friend who had upgraded and didn’t need the Olympus anymore. I have computers in two locations that I use, and thought it would be handy to just be able to leave a camera cable with each computer. And when I saw the cable for sale for $0.05 (plus $2.95 S & H) I couldn’t resist. The write up said it would fit a number of different brands, including Sony, Canon, HP, Olympus, and others. However, it turns out it doesn’t fit my Olympus. Not going to worry about it, being as it was almost free, but thought my experience could be entered into the ‘data bank’.

When I discovered at an inoportune moment, that my camera cable was missing, I turned to amazon for a solution. This cable was the exact type that I needed; the listed specifications were a predcise description of the cable that arrived. Shipping was timely and the price was right. Within a couple of days, I was uploading the photos I’d promised.

This is a real value for money. Although the shipping cost is more than the product itself, for less than $2/- this is a real steal. The shipping was also very fast and the product brand new. Nowhere could I find the cable for less than $30/- and I surely recommend this to everyone.

I purchased this cable as a replacement cable to download pictures from my Canon Powershot A620. The cable works fine and connects the USB port in my computer to the Canon A620′s port.
Does What It Says It Does

This cable does work with these cameras but not much more. Hooking up other USB-connected devices such as cellphones may be a problem. My Motorola Razr was seen by my computer but it could not make a connection to the Motorola Phone Tools software. Had to get a different USB cable for that application. Still it is the cheapest cable I could find to work with my camera which is exactly what it does well.
