Reliable and inexpensive…

This is my third card reader, and by far the most reliable. I’ve used it almost daily for 6 months without any problems (my other two went bad). Highly recommended.

This is an excellent memory reader, i bought it for my cf card, and it works fantastic
Easy to Use, convenient!

So easy to use! Got tired of fiddling with cords for the different cameras. Then I had to replace a cord and it never seemed to fit tightly. So I ordered this. Just use the USB cable (and extension, if needed) to plug right in to the computer to transfer photos to your hard drive.
It actually appears as three additional storage devices when you click on My Computer so you just have to figure out which one corresponds to the card you’ve plugged in.
I’m glad I got it. Now I can switch between cameras and not worry about having the right cord.
Works great!

Bought this to down load photos as my new computer did not have slots for my old digital camera flash memory stick and Canon doesn’t have a driver compatible with Vista 16 for my 12 year old camera.
Flash Card Reader

This reader has worked very well for me. I would recommend it for anyone needing a Multi-card reader for their computer. Nice price, too!
Useful little gadget

I got it for using with Compact Flash cards, so I cannot comment on other formats. But for my case it is really practical, works quickly and flawlessly and the size is just right. Good value!
Great Memory Reader for my A-DATA 32GB 533X Compact Card
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I was worried about this “cheaper” memory reader after I read a review about that it doesn’t work with some CF memory sizes. It was too late to cancel the order, since I ordered it with the 1 day shipping on 23rd DEC 2009.
Anyway, I took the chance and it came out that this litte reader worked perfectly fine with my new 32GB CF memory card. I also bought this A-DATA 32GB 533X Speedy UDMA CF memory from Amazon.com, and it is being used on my new Canon 5D Mark II camera.
No issue so far, and the data transfer is fast. It took less than 1 min for 2GB+ of data to transfer to my HDD. With my older Sandisk reader (non-UDMA), it took 15 mins instead.
Exactly what I was looking for in a card reader

Kingston 19-in-1 USB memory card reader
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I’ve purchased this item quite some time ago and have loved it. It gives you several slots to choose from for different media at half the cost then what most retailers were asking. The only cons I have is the whole fliping it back into the cradle then forward when you want to use it. Not a big deal but not certain why they developed it like this. The other thing is the USB output cable that extends from the back is not more than one inch on this thing. Not certain if it came with one but you will need a USB Type A Male / Type A Female, Extension Cable, 2.0 Version to adapt from the unit to your computer.
Kingston 19 in 1 USB Card Reader…GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I picked this up for my brother he just called tonight to say he plugged it in and it worked immediately!!! Was very pleased…I liked the longer cord!!! Definitely a good buy!
A perfect little addition

This is a great little gadget – the kind anyone would like because it is simply plug and play. The usb plug makes it possible to read any flash memory card on your computer – if your computer didn’t come with the standard built-in slots for reading cards. It blends well with my computer and the operation of reading and downloading pictures is effortless. In short, it’s a great little devise that was priced right! I strongly recommend it to anyone considering it.
Handy card reader

Compact and easy to use. I was using it a couple of minutes after unpacking.
Much better than a camera cord
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I found this product really useful after losing my camera cord that allowed me to upload pictures to my computer. I like it so much more than the HDMI cable I had before because I can upload pictures from my memory card without running down the battery on my camera. An added bonus is the number of sizes this particular card reader allows for. Incredibly easy to use and works with such a wide variety of memory card sizes (even the mini that comes in most phones!) that it was hands-down the best reader for me, especially when paired with the great price. I would definitely recommend it.
It worked

Plugged in an SD card, downloaded my pictures.. Went very fast. Great product, no complaints.
Reader Only

Reads select memory cards only. this is a media READER, not a reader/writer. also does not accommodate xD cards.
The USB concern
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
I upgraded to this card reader from connecting my camera directly to the computer. Downloading RAW images directly from the camera takes for-e-VER!
This usb hub is 100% better than not having one. I was concerned that the speed of download via the USB would not be fast enough but it is, especially since I was already used to waiting hours for the download through the camera.
For the price definitely recommend. I have used a firwire reader and it is faster but I don’t really think it’s worth paying that much more for a little more time.
Very happy

wih item. Unlike other reviewers, I didn’t think the extra lip was a problem. It protects the cards while in the reader.
Look no further…SERIOUSLY…I’ve tried a dozen card readers…
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This thing is a workhorse. The fastest USB 2.0 external card reader, bar none. I have tried a dozen different external/internal card readers, this one definitely takes the cake. Transfer times are BLAZING fast and this thing will read anything you throw at it. Build quality is exceptional — yes, it was made in china (what isn’t these days?), but Kingston made sure good old American QA/QC measures were employed. The chord is well tethered to the base and shows no signs of fragility there like other card readers that only last a few months. Buy it.

Compact, fast, and cheap.

Compact design allows for the short part of the USB wiring to retract for mobility. Cards fit perfectly, and covers most of the flash media on the market including Micro Sd, M2 micro, and more.
Very Stable

I’ve only had the card reader a few days but it is heads above the unit I bought at wally world for the same amount of money. Works great with my compact flash memory card for which I bought it for.
It is what I ordered
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This item is what was advertised and what I ordered. It works as advertised and as I expected it would. It has met and/or exceeded all of my expectations. I do recommend this to anyone that may be in the market for or in need of such an item.
Excellent product!!!

Excellent product!!! A little big but i loved the mechanism where it retracts and hides the slots if not in use.
Did what I asked of it – success

I ordered this after I misplaced and could not find a handy micro USB connector for my Kodac digital camera. I connected this device, put the SD card into it, and it immediately worked – through a USB hub no less. No problems. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I really didn’t have much of a problem with the sliding connector – I found a slight push down would enable the pushing back and forth, although I agree you could just leave it pushed back and in the ready use position.
Excellent!

Works perfectly. My laptop has USB ports, but no memory card drives, so I was unable to download photos from my digital camera. This little, inexpensive device solved all that. It works wonderfully.
