Essentials 2 is Essential
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Product arrived promptly. I purchased it primarily to enlarge scanned photos, but I have also been impressed with the photo enhancement capabilities, which offer a nice addition to Elements.

think twice if you are on dial up.
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
If you order the disk version the enlarge it program is outdated (does not have croping capability). The new version is avalable as an update however it is from 1 to 4 hours to download on dial up and must be downloaded to the desk top with the program open as a zip file, meaning you can’t take your lap top to a high speed connection and then transfure. Also the documentation is week, the videos are good but if you are on dial up it takes forever. Just getting into the program (old version) havent been able to download the new one without the program freezing about 3/4 thru.

So far, it is a very good product. Have not yet had the opportunity to use it extensively.

onOne Essentials 2 for PhotoShop E7 , NIB

Best published price anywhere from any legal source. New in Box. Prompt delivery. Error msgs are just that, error msgs. They don’t give upfront hint of what to do or what topic to search to get answers. OnONe could get some help from Adobe user documentation writers. Otherwise, highly recommended. Especially for easy photo restoration IF photo is not too far gone.

Good program
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I bought Essentials 2 for Adobe Photoshop mainly for the Cut-It-Out feature and, for the price, the program is worth it for this feature alone. There is a slight learning curve to use the Cut-It-Out feature but, once you learn how to use it, it’s great. One of the hardest things to do in graphic software, like Photoshop, is decently cutting out figures (like people). The Cut-It-Out feature of Essentials 2 does a very good job, especially with hard-to-cut objects like hair. Essentials also has two other built-in programs: Make It Better, an easy way for a novice to improve images, and Frame It, for people who like to play around with making unique and custom photo frames.

Essentials for Adobe Elements
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Bought this to use with Adobe Elements 6.0 primarily for the ability to enlarge photos while maintaining sharpness. Haven’t used the other tools much. I prefer to adjust my color/contrast manually; but the tool is useful for “quick and dirty” fixes. Haven’t used the frames capability enough to comment on it. Order was delivered on time and as described by Amazon.

Great product upon cursory examination. I hope I can learn all the bells and whistles over time. So far it’s wonderful!

Add more creativity to Photoshop Elements
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I have been very impressed with this product. It has 4 trimmed down versions of OnOne Professional Photoshop Plug-ins.

The frames plug in is by far my favorite. If you are familiar with layers the frame plug in adds endless creativity. The “make it better” plug in is nice for enhancing photos for users new to Photoshop Elements. Cut it out adds functionality to Photoshop Elements 6. For Photoshop Elements 7 users it adds another method for cutting subjects out from the background. Enlarge it is a great tool for getting great prints.

I am using this on a Vista 64-bit system and have used it with both Photoshop Elements 6 & 7.

While all of the plug-ins add to and enhance the Photoshop Elements experience to me, Frame It alone is worth the price of this suite of plug-ins. The rest is just icing on the cake so to speak.

Not what I expected
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
I spent a lot of money on Photoshop 7 and essentials 2 and am disappointed. They do not have the printing options that I need. multiple frames per page, ability to make custom sizes, etc. It is not simple or uncomplicated with practical functions like older HP photosmart print program.

GREAT SOFTWARE FOR THE PRICE

This plug in for photoshop elements is great and the frames add a special touch to photos. The interface is very good and the correction interface helps in correcting photos quick and easily.

Great Add On for PS Elements
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
I purchased this product mainly for the selection portion, which I find cumbersome and hard to use. But I love the “make it better” portion, it does a great job quickly and I love the Frames. I like a finishing touch on my photos and this has a lot to choose from. I liked this so much, that when I upgraded to CS3, I also upgraded to the Photo Frames Pro.
